A Retraction or CYA - You Decide!

Representative Phil Hare Issues a Retraction.

Due to the negative response received toRep. Hare's anti-constitutional comments caught on video and posted on You Tube in which he rationalized his vote for Obama's Health Care bill, the Representative issued this retraction.

As he states most eloquently, "I... uh... supports... uh... took an oath... uh... shoot, where are my notes... uh... don't pay attention to what I'm saying, folks, just look at the lovely picture of my family on my desk. I'm obviously a stand-up fellow just out to help the little guy. If I have to break the constitution that's okay."

Okay, maybe I'm paraphrasing, but that's what I got out of his canned speech.

It looks to me like this is more of a CYA (Cover Your A%@#) than a real retraction. But, you decide for yourself. When are we going to have representatives that are honorable men and women who take an oath and mean it - not just empty posturing when it's campaign time.

I hope after reading this blog and watching this video you will realize all the above statements are true!
This imposter should have been arrested on the spot. How? A citizen’s arrest! He should have been told by the witnesses there that he was under arrest. The people there should have written out a sworn affidavit on the spot and surrendered him and those sworn affidavits to the closest US Marshalls.
Did he take an oath to up hold the Constitution? Yes, he did. He is a congressman. The law says he must take an oath as a part of his swearing in. We must hold all congressmen and representatives to their oaths. Where is that in the constitution sir? In this case he said; “I don’t know.” If he doesn’t know how is this holding to his sworn oath?
If you do not care about the constitution, you are not and cannot be upholding it. Therefore, you are acting outside the authority given you by the people to govern in this land. You are an imposter!
You have committed treason. You are under arrest. Who is the ultimate authority in the United States of America? We are. We the people not only have the right to make such an arrest, it is our duty.

MSM: We report! We decide! We divide!

This is a great video. We should turn off the talking heads and listen to our hearts.
We must realize the best way to keep people powerless is to divide them up.
And then keep dividing them up into even smaller groups.
Black and white.
Red states and blue states
Rich and poor.
Muslims and Christians.
The real enemy to freedom is fear.
95% of Americans believe in God.
We should look for what brings us together not what makes us fear one another.
The Lord said it best: A new commandment I give unto you, love one another as I have Loved you.
God has also said "My arm is around the whole earth, be still and know I am God!"

Are you an Employee of the Federal Government?

Are you an employee of the Federal government? Yes you are? How is that possible you might ask. You fill out a W-4 and an I-9 when you were hired by a company. Those forms serve two purposes. 1. You have agreed that you are a 14th Amendment Citizen. (MEANING: normal constitutional rights have been waived by you.) 2. You have entered into a binding contract to not only pay income taxes but to abide by the rules of the agreement. It’s a binding contract and the courts will enforce the contract. People are in jail today because they did not abide by that contract.
